Level the playing field with the big institutions

Foresight Over Hindsight

We've all been in trades that suddenly move against us. We've all missed big moves that seemed to start for no reason. Market Intelligence turns those trading enemies into your trading allies.

Each morning, you'll know which markets are in play, what's driving the action and how to plan out your trading day - keeping you safe and on-track, all day, every day.

Interpretation Over Information

This isn't a dump of data that needs an economics degree to interpret, we don't just give you data - we tell it what it means for that instrument.

So, whether it's the weather impacting wheat, oil inventories impacting corn or interest rates moving the NASDAQ, we map out the impact of the developing today across the major risk/on risk/off markets.

Market Intelligence EDGE

Market Intelligence Edge provides professional daily briefings for all 21 major risk on/risk off futures instruments.

It delivers clear Overnight Summaries, Action Plans, Risk Calendars with outcome paths, curated news, and positioning insights to help you prepare for each trading session, saving you hours each day.

Information

The market throws hundreds of data points at you every morning, some are distinct events - economic announcements, one-off news items, central bank speeches. There are ongoing geopolitical sagas (like Brexit, wars) that last months and that can spook the market at any time.

Then there's technical data about positioning and flows of funds. Jigsaw gathers this information on a daily basis, filters, curates, analyzes it for sentiment and matches it to your market. On any day, you'll know what's happened, what's likely to happen and how the day might play out.

Interpretation - What Does It All Mean?

Information is great but there are complex relationships between these events that may not be obvious without some knowledge of economics. The main reason most home traders stare at charts and "stay out before news" is they don't know what impact that news will have on their market.

Take Corn futures for instance. If there's disruption in oil supplies, the price of corn goes up. Corn is turned into Ethanol, Ethanol is added to Gasoline. Corn is also impacted by weather, especially early freezes that can ruin crops.

There's no need for you to learn any of this, we tell you what it means every day for your markets.

Situational Awareness

Information is power - if you know what to do with it. We give you an actionable game plan, yet this is not about changing the way you trade.

It's about improving your results with an additional layer of information that is very clear and easy to understand. But also, because it's so easy to understand, you'll start to learn these relationships just like the way you learn more about the characters in a Netflix show with every episode.

You'll know when risk is high, you'll understand commercial positioning, you'll know when a move is likely to be sustained.

It's not just a confidence booster, prop firms do this analysis daily to plan their days because it reduces their losses and maximises their profits.

And after all, isn't that why we are here?

Market Intelligence ALPHA (Sept 2026)

Alpha is built for futures traders who want to see the whole board, not just one piece. It adds a 21-market overview to the daily preparation in Edge, helping you identify which markets are genuinely in play before drilling into positioning, options structure, GEX and the forces that may shape the session.

A Bloomberg terminal costs $2,500 a month, and it still won’t give you what Alpha gives you. Why? Because Bloomberg just dumps a mountain of raw data on your desk and leaves you to figure it out. Alpha doesn't just give you the data - it actually interprets it for you, in plain English, so you can skip the economics degree and see exactly where the market is trapping people.

Choose Your Battlefield!

Alpha screens 21 major futures markets and organises them into Risk-On and Risk-Off groups so you can see where sentiment, positioning, events and price behaviour are lining up — and where they're not. Instead of blindly opening the same chart every morning, you can quickly identify the markets that actually deserve your attention today.

Professionals managing exposure across multiple markets need to understand the broader macro regime before placing or adjusting trades.

This cross market read - bonds vs currencies vs equities vs gold etc, is the kind of read that, on an institutional desk, is delivered verbally by the desk strategist before the open.

The Overview compresses that into a page that can be scanned in well under a minute.

The Big Picture (US-Iran Case Study)

Once you identify a market worth investigating, Alpha brings the different pieces of evidence together. Take this snapshot from a morning when progress on a US-Iran deal was driving oil headlines. A price chart shows the move; Alpha helps explain the context around it.

News Sentiment, Market Sentiment and Flow Sentiment do not always agree - and that disagreement is useful. It can tell you that the latest headlines are pulling one way while positioning or participation tells a different story. Rather than turning that into an automatic trade signal, Alpha shows you where the tensions are so you know what to watch as the session unfolds.

Right below, our Geopolitical Risk tracker is tracking long term geopolitical events - think Brexit, GFC, Ukraine/Russia, USA/Iran, tariffs etc.

What's interesting about the market is the inter-relationships. For example the system understands that when oil is hit, so is Corn - because we make ethanol from Corn and that gets added to Gasoline. But also, Corn can be impacted by adverse weather events, like early frosts late in the season. This is all taken into account. It's smart enough to know that Iran oil supplies will impact European equities more than America's as America is less reliant on external supply.

Interpretation — Positioning Deep Dive

Alpha pulls back the curtain on the structural positioning behind the futures market: commercial and speculative positioning, changes in options participation, open interest, option walls and Gamma Exposure.

And GEX isn't just an S&P 500 story.

Jigsaw calculates GEX from native options on futures. That lets Alpha bring gamma analysis to futures markets across equity indices, energy, metals, currencies, interest rates, grains and European markets - including markets that simply don't have an equivalent stock-options market to fall back on.

Net GEX helps you understand whether the current gamma environment is more likely to dampen price movement or amplify it. Gamma Flip shows where that environment can change. GEX by Strike and option walls show where options exposure is concentrated.

These aren't magic buy and sell signals. They're structural information about the market you're actually trading - designed to be combined with the day's news, positioning, price action and your own execution methodology.

The Payoff

When the news narrative, positioning, GEX structure and reachable levels begin telling the same story, you have a very different view of the session from someone looking at price alone. And when they disagree, that matters too — it tells you where conviction should fall and what needs to happen before the picture becomes clearer.

But - you didn't have to learn a thing, we aren't here to fill your head with facts to decipher - so we give you both short summary descriptions of what it means and more detailed ones for the information junkies.

Alpha handles the heavy data work under the hood and turns it into a concise morning framework: what is moving, why it matters, where positioning is concentrated, which structural levels deserve attention and what could change the picture during the session.

Competitive Analysis - How We Shape Up

Service & Price The Blunt Reality
Jigsaw Market Intelligence
Tiers from $50 to $200 / month
The only complete morning playbook built entirely for futures traders. You get the whole picture—the overnight story, fund tracking, and exact trade levels—in a clean 5-minute read before the open. No guesswork left.
Bloomberg Terminal
$2,665 / month (2-Year Minimum Contract, $64,000)
A $64,000 data dump. It throws raw numbers on your screen but gives you zero interpretation. You still have to spend an hour every morning doing the manual tracking, math, and guesswork yourself.
SpotGamma
(Alpha / Insto)
$299 to $1,999 / month
A specialist US equity/index-options platform with strong SPX/SPY analysis. Futures traders can use its S&P options levels on ES, but its ES workflow is built around S&P 500 options data rather than native options across the wider futures complex. It does not currently cover commodity options such as crude oil or gold.
MenthorQ (Premium)
~$129 / month
A strong specialist in options analytics with native futures-options gamma coverage across multiple asset classes. Jigsaw's difference is the job we're solving: Alpha puts GEX and options structure inside a complete futures morning-preparation workflow alongside news, scheduled risk, cross-market context, COT positioning, flows and an interpreted Action Plan.
Audio Squawks
(LiveSquawk / Newsquawk)
$350 to $399 / month
Purely real-time noise. Great for reacting to breaking headlines *during* the day, but completely useless for mapping out a strategic structural game plan before the market opens.
Stock Scanners
(Hammerstone / Benzinga Pro)
$197 to $329 / month
Purely for equity and stock traders. They carry zero native futures tracking, no institutional order flow metrics, and no morning pre-session execution frameworks.

FAQs

What is the difference between Market Intelligence Edge and Market Intelligence Alpha?
Both products now cover the full set of 21 major futures instruments.

Market Intelligence Edge delivers comprehensive daily briefings for all 21 instruments, including Overnight Summary, Action Plan, curated Related News, Risk Calendar with outcome paths, Scheduled Events, Key Levels, and Flows & Positioning narrative.

Market Intelligence Alpha includes everything in Edge plus the full structural depth: the cross-asset Overview Dashboard (Risk On vs Risk Off), sentiment gauges, geopolitical risk panel, price history charts, Key Metrics Strip, COT 12-week charts, and the complete options suite (Gamma Exposure with flip, GEX by Strike & Walls, 12-Week Options Positioning, and one-click daytradr level export).

Edge gives you excellent daily briefing intelligence across the entire futures complex. Alpha adds the advanced market-structure layers (dealer gamma, precise positioning trajectories, options walls, etc.) on top of those briefings.
Is this data real-time, and will it tell me exactly when to buy or sell?
No. This is a pre-session preparation workflow, not an intraday execution platform or an algorithmic alert system. The daily Action Plan frames the upcoming session's boundaries and pre-maps how the market is likely to behave based on key structural levels. It does not call trades for you. Execution and timing are entirely your job
Is Market Intelligence Based on Freely Available Data?
COT Data is available on the CME website in text format but all other data, news, prices, options data comes from commercial feeds. The "curation" - or mapping items to market impact is done by us.
Is this options data just a generic proxy calculated from stock indices?
No. Jigsaw's futures GEX is calculated from native options on futures.

For example, Crude Oil GEX is based on crude-oil futures options, Gold GEX on gold futures options, Corn GEX on corn futures options and so on. We don't need to substitute an ETF options market simply because the instrument happens to be a future.

That matters because options positioning can be very different between related products. A futures-options market represents the positioning attached directly to that futures complex.

It also means GEX analysis isn't restricted to the usual SPX/SPY/QQQ world — Alpha can bring the same type of structural analysis to energy, metals, rates, currencies, grains and other futures markets.
What's the minimum amount of time I can sign up for?
You can sign up for as little as one month and cancel your subscription any time.
